Miss Wilson and Mrs. Floyd team teach! We work together all day long and LOVE our job!
All About Miss Wilson
Born and raised in Smyrna, I am a native to the area. Growing on up on a farm on the outskirts of town, I have several brothers and sisters and fall somewhere in the middle. Most of my family still lives in the area too. Other than family, I sure do love the outdoors! From canoeing or just simply taking my two boxers, Lucy and Haze for quiet walks around my neighborhood, the fresh air always makes me feel better! Summer time is my absolute favorite season (and not because I off), but I just adore the long, warm, sunny nights and all of the exciting things to do. Eating delicious seasoned crabs, riding my purple Schwinn bicycle, playing outdoor field hockey, swimming in my grandparent's pool, and admiring the green luscious plants are just a few of the summer luxuries that I don't take for granted. Within the last year, I finished my master's degree in reading. With the extra time on my hands, I have replaced the time once devoted to college to wedding planning! Yes, I am getting married May 11, 2011 far, far away in the islands of the Caribbean. By the end of the school year, I will no longer be Miss Wilson, but Mrs. Noll.
All About Mrs. Floyd
Originally from Long Island, New York, I thoroughly enjoy life on a beach! Just like Miss Wilson, I love summer and love the beach! Sand between my toes is like icing on a cake! However, probably to your surprise, I am the oldest of five children. I have two younger sisters, Maura and Maggie and two younger brothers, Patrick and Eamon. I bet you are wondering why in the world I am down here now?? Huh? Well, I went to Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland. One of my very best friends introduced to me to my fantastic husband, Mr. Floyd. I decided to relocate to Delaware after college to be with my husband. We have one chocolate lab, Rudder and a niece, Savannah, who we admire very much! I too just recently completed my master's degree, but in curriculum and instruction. But the biggest news of all happened on January 14, 2011. Mr. Floyd and I became parents to a beautiful healthy little girl, Kaitlyn. We feel so lucky to have her in our life!
